有兄弟二人共同耕种，就是想这样一个美好的春日，聪明的弟弟从买来的种子中选了上等的种在了自己的田里，之后就每天游手好闲、无所事事，他总是梦到天公作美让自己丰收的情景。老实而憨厚的哥哥并没有抱怨种子不好，他小心翼翼地埋下种子，每天天刚亮就到田里劳作，用心呵护着这些被弟弟淘汰的种子。等到秋收的时候，弟弟边哭边抱怨上帝不公给了哥哥一块肥沃的土地，这时哥哥说了一句耐人寻味的话：“你应该看看上帝是如何在这里耕耘的”。

有些人在播种之后就期盼收获而忽略了最重要的一个环节“耕耘”。就好比我们的学习，许多同学都是在开学的时候都会信心满满的给自己制定许多目标，可是却很少有人能那位哥哥用心去耕耘自己的希望。很多同学都曾抱怨过自己是一颗劣等的种子，却很少有人像那位哥哥一样只要有发芽的希望就会用心呵护梦想的种子。对于我们初三的同学而言，我相信有许多同学都将最后的希望寄托在上帝身上，请这些同学记住能救你的只有你自己。
